    PRESCHOOL APPLICATION PROCESS

Clinton Public Schools is proud to offer preschool programs for Clinton residents aged 3 or 4 as of August 31, 2026. Preschool is free for all Clinton residents, and peer models are selected through a lottery system. Students with disabilities are enrolled on an individually designed basis.

If you are interested in enrolling your child for the 2026-2027 school year, please see the information below. Applications will be accepted from February 2 - March 6, 2026. Applications entered after March 6, 2026 will be placed on a waitlist.

The lottery drawing will take place on Friday, March 27th. Families should expect to receive an email if their child will be offered a preschool spot by Friday, April 3. Students are placed in the order of the lottery drawing. We try our best to accommodate placement preferences based on the form below. If your child is not offered a preschool slot at this time, they will be placed on a waiting list in the order the lottery was drawn.
